Archery Range units have +20% HP, making Vietnamese archers among the most durable ranged units in the game. Economic upgrades at the Mill are free. Imperial Skirmisher upgrade is a team bonus, available to all allies. Chatras gives Battle Elephants +100 HP. The Rattan Archer unique unit has extremely high pierce armor, making it nearly immune to arrow fire in large numbers. Vietnamese excel in open maps where their durable archers can maintain defensive lines, and their team bonus makes them excellent in team game compositions.
