The Gurjaras are an aggressive cavalry and Camel civilization with unique herding and food bonuses. Mill technologies provide +10 food to nearby Farms when researched. Unique tech Kshatriyas reduces cost of cavalry. Shrivamsha Riders are their unique cavalry unit, capable of dodging projectiles — one of the most unusual unit mechanics in the game. Chakram Throwers are unique infantry that throw ranged chakrams. Camel Scouts are available in the Dark Age, providing very early scouting and raiding. Gurjaras excel in aggressive early play where Camel Scouts harass the opponent and Shrivamsha Riders dominate later engagements. Their food-efficient economy supports sustained military pressure across all game phases.
